The photos say it all…Proud young Black Australians dancing in the Spirit of New Dreams, celebrating the Old Ways…as the healing and restoration unfolds…..
Family, song , dance, connection, Culture and open spaces without walls….

Sometimes when we are out and about I forget that we are driving in the NungaTV car- so beautifully painted by Mark Blackman and the Warriappendi students. People often smile and some feel compelled to wave…such is the Spirit of connection and appreciation that Aboriginal Art invokes. Although if I have forgotten about the outside of the car, it does feel as if people are just waving and smiling because they are having a good day!…….(;-)
With the NungaTV car, it’s as if people are seeing a mobile dot-painting for the first time.
And they are of course!……..

Even grown men, when they stand near the NungaTV car, just want to play!….

The EarthSong Brothers………

Great to see Tony again after nearly 15 years and to be able to share in the EarthSong vision together…….

My buddy Deanna and I were both a bit tired, a bit low on joi-de-vivre… We work in human services / personal development and we know that this kind of tired and hearing sadness all the time needs very specific treatment!
It requires packing the picnic basket, spending hours amongst Nature with a cup of tea in china mugs, accompanied by a piece of apple-crumble cheesecake from the Yankalilla bakery…. taking time out of the city away from the mobile phones waves and relentless traffic….noise traffic, mobile phone traffic, people traffic and the news, news, news…
Nothing else will remedy what only Nature offers the weary 21st Century gals!….(;-)
Here is where we went…and if you look really closely you can see the Spirits of Nature all around…
Ingalalla Falls…nestled in between hilly country that is green and clean and lush….

May all your Dreams Come True…Christmas 2007
Mum and Dad…50 years married and still laughing and playing together…
Our beautiful twins…my Niece and Nephew..Ben and Louise…born in 1989 bringing infinite Love into our Family…
Louise and Aunty Carol
Ben and Aunty Carol
My lovely sister Chris and her gorgeous partner Greg..
Ben and Grandma fought over the Kris Kringle Bubble Maker…Ben overpowered Grandma with his youthful zest but Grandma put up a good fight!
And my gorgeous old, beautiful cat Yamatji (Yami) found a piece of discarded wrapping paper and settled down for a looong nap -as cats do! 15 years old, blind in one eye, Yami moved from the gold-wrapping long enough to munch on prawn scraps and ham-skin before returning to his crinkly-gold cushion where he remains as we speak!
